Project Design
The very first step is a FREE, in-home introduction and consultation. We start each project by getting to know each other and discussing your ideas. We'll share with you our processes, resources and deliverables involved in our operation. This phase is the most exciting phase for the client and for the builder, because it begins with the project's concept and adds the specific details that will bring it to life. This phase is where our partnership develops.
Project Management
Project management outlines the building specifics of the project plan; the day to day activities, how this impacts the homeowners, any disruptions and costs. Together with the client, we review a sequencing model that details the timeline, building schedule, the entire cost with tangible options presented along the way, scope and completion date. Our clients know exactly the status and what phase of the building process.
Site Evaluation
During this stage we arrive onsite and actually begin the home building process. Phoenix Legend Builders will review, with each client, the potential hazards or concerns that may arise during the building process, discuss any and all scenarios which could impact or delay the project. During this, onsite, walk-through, our clients completely understand the steps to build and the costs associated with getting the project completed. We want our clients to feel comfortable with the proposed plan before signing any contract.
Construction
The construction phase is the process where our engineers, architects, contractors and interior designers work as a team to actively change the building site and prepare, remove or add the structures needed to achieve our goal for the home building purpose, and is a time when our clients begin to see their project come to life.
Interior Design &
Final Inspections
Depending of the depth and scope of a project, our Interior Designers add the finishing details to complete every project. Whether identifying the details of flooring, countertops, cabinets or light fixtures, our designers help each client determine the right home remodel products that suit their lifestyle, add value to their home and compliment their dream.
New Construction for Single Family Homes
For a complete home transformation, our clients work 1 on 1 with our Engineers, Architects, Builders and Interior Designers while we bring your concept to life. It's a very dynamic and fluid process, but we have a proven legacy of home renovation projects that have exceeded our client's expectations. West Crescent Drive
One of our largest and architecturally detailed home remodels. This home is 3,351 sq. ft. with a wrap around staircase, vaulted ceilings, completely modernized kitchen, custom cabinets throughout, 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathroom with a detached ADU.
Alderbrook Lane
This home was a complete tear down and home rebuild. With an open concept, custom cabinets and hardwood floors throughout, the elegant waterfall island completes this luxury home.
Outdated home in Los Altos was transformed into a luxury residence. Features an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom floor to ceiling cabinets, vaulted ceilings, and hardwood floors.

This remodel in Cupertino included a master bedroom addition, a redesign of the two car garage entry, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, elegant kitchen features and walk-in tile showers.

A classic 1950 home that was gutted and opened up to vaulted ceilings to accommodate an open floor plan. This home features a modern kitchen, custom built cabinets in every room, clean and meticulously designed.
